Amazing Tour, Amazing Guide, Amazing Company!

Booked this private tour for our family of 5 including 2 seniors, our 2 adult children and 9 year old granddaughter. Excellent experience from start to finish. Booking process was very easy. Nicholas was always quick to respond and answered all my questions. He also met us at the cruise ship dock and introduced to our guide Costa and our driver Mano. Our vehicle was very comfortable and clean. Mano was a great driver and we all felt very safe with him. Costa was hysterical and kept us laughing all day. At one point I had tears in my eyes from laughing so hard. He is so personable and seemed to know everyone everywhere we went from shop keepers to locals walking down the streets. He took a lot photos of us and we always had huge smiles as he would make us laugh as he was about to take the pics. We covered a lot of ground at a comfortable pace and saw amazing sites. The island is just beautiful. We learned a lot through his explanations and stories. He was very attentive to all of us and made sure to engage our granddaughter. At the last minute while we were at the pottery shop in Lindos we decided we did not want to go to the Acropolis. He quickly rearranged things without any problems. Very accommodating. The highlight of the day was going to St Paul’s Bay. It was supposed to be just a photo stop but when I asked if we could go down to the water again he changed things up so we could do that. It was amazing. We saw the little church close up and waded into the water. Also added a stop for gelato! Got back to the port area with plenty of time to wonder around Old Town and shop. Part way through the day Nicholas called and checked with me to make sure everything was going well and we were happy. Never had that happen before! He also followed up with a thank you note shortly after our tour ended. Our experience was customer service at its best! Costa has found his calling and is one of the best tour guides we have ever had in our travels. I highly recommend Rhodes Private Tours for anyone traveling to Rhodes. Thank you to Nicholas, Costa and Mano for creating a day my family will never forget!

We booked a private driving tour of Rhodes with Rhodes Private Tours. We spent the day with our driver and guide Michael, who was an excellent driver and extremely informative guide. The car was clean and comfortable.
We visited the usual tourist stops including a pottery factory, an olive oil producer and a couple of wineries. The highlight of the tour was the visit to Lindos, with lovely views of St. Paul’s Bay. It was an enjoyable day. Booking was easy, and our email correspondence was always prompt and helpful.

Nicholas promptly greeted us as we disembarked and introduced our driver/guide Stamos.

Stamos was excellent in many ways! He shared much of the history, significant features, and daily living of the island. Stamos was very accommodating and offered alternatives to our itinerary based on our interests. We managed to enjoy a delicious seafood lunch by the water and swam in the Mediterranean.
