Hotel transfer was included and we were picked up from our hotel lobby at 9am and dropped to the shop/office where the tour departs from. The lady in the shop was lovely and welcoming and gave us snacks and drinks for the journey. Then a man came over and took our booking details etc. found us helmets and showed us how to use the quad, all very efficient and well organised. We left at about 9:45am with about 6 or 7 of us on quads + the guide at the front. The guide was an older man who really looked the part of rugged quad biker - he looked like he had years of experience. He was very informative and attentive throughout, coming over to check everything was ok with us at every stop.
The tour itself was phenomenal. The scenery is like something out of a film, absolutely breathtaking! We had a 30min stop at a beautiful beach which was secluded and quiet and a few other stops for snacks/ photos etc. we got back around 1pm. The whole thing was very enjoyable from start to finish. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Rhodes!!
After setting off we initially hugged the coast before going in land and south to a very secluded beach; where he had a half hour break, so a swim was called for. After, the mountains beckoned, and we were up high over some very craggy tracks. A mountain top break with panoramic views followed by subsequent break at Little church on mountain top.
The staff are very friendly & safety is paramount as we are on public roads, the machines are governed so no one in a group can pretend to be Lewis Hamilton. Quads have ample storage for day kit. A heads up, you do get dusty ( that’s the fun of it). Our group totalled 4 plus guide ( 2 couples), 2 guides for groups upto 12 (max). Great Fun ……thank you
